Woodlem Education Expansion in UAE to Create Over 1,500 Jobs Across 8 New Campuses

Dubai-based Woodlem Education has announced a major expansion plan across the UAE, set to create more than 1,500 job opportunities as the group prepares to open eight new school campuses. The move represents a significant investment in the country’s education sector.

The large-scale hiring initiative is expected to benefit both experienced professionals and fresh graduates, with roles spanning across teaching, administration, and support services. The expansion reflects the institution’s long-term commitment to enhancing access to quality and affordable education in the country. The demand for educators is rising.

According to the group’s leadership, the new campuses will not only strengthen educational infrastructure but also contribute significantly to employment generation in the UAE. The recruitment drive will include a wide range of positions, from senior leadership roles such as principals and vice-principals to teachers, department heads, and administrative staff. Leadership positions are also available.

In addition to academic positions, the initiative will also open opportunities in non-teaching roles, including IT, HR, admissions, transport, and maintenance. Support staff such as drivers and bus monitors will also be hired, making the expansion inclusive for candidates with varied skill sets and experience levels. The jobs span multiple functions.

As part of the rollout, four new schools are scheduled to begin operations in September 2026 across different emirates, including Dubai, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. These institutions will offer a mix of American and British curricula, catering to diverse student needs. The curricula are internationally recognized.

A second phase of the expansion is planned for April 2027, which will see the launch of four additional schools following the Indian curriculum. This phased approach aims to broaden educational choices for families while ensuring steady growth in infrastructure and staffing. The expansion will be methodical.

Woodlem Education has also highlighted its inclusive hiring strategy, encouraging applications from candidates without prior UAE experience. The organisation aims to support early-career professionals and foster a diverse, multicultural workforce that reflects the global nature of the UAE’s education sector. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Founded in 2017, the group has grown rapidly and currently operates multiple schools and nurseries across the UAE, serving thousands of students. With this latest expansion, Woodlem Education is positioning itself as a key player in the region’s private education sector while contributing to both academic development and job creation. The growth trajectory is impressive.

The initiative is expected to play a vital role in strengthening the UAE’s education landscape, offering improved learning environments for students and new career opportunities for professionals across the country. The future of education in the UAE looks brighter.
