Aquatic Fireworks Chain: A Dazzling 5.8km Display
The emirate initiated the new year with an awe-inspiring eight-minute showcase, combining fireworks and drone displays. This extraordinary event secured the record for the ‘Longest chain of aquatic floating fireworks,’ spanning an impressive 5.8km.
Drones Take Flight: A 2km Straight-Line Display: CarpetÂ
In another remarkable feat, Ras Al Khaimah orchestrated the ‘Longest straight-line drones display,’ covering an astonishing 2km. The entire presentation featured innovative elements, including 1,050 LED drones, creating a captivating ‘carpet’ of aquatic floating fireworks. The spectacle also showcased acrobatic pyro planes displays inspired by Ras Al Khaimah’s natural wonders – the desert, the sea, and the mountains, all choreographed to exclusive music composed for this special occasion.
As the city’s waterfront, already a canvas for Guinness World Records, lit up along its 4.5km stretch, Ras Al Khaimah added another chapter to its illustrious history of record-breaking New Year’s Eve celebrations.
